How close is this home to the lake, ski resorts and casinos?
We are within walking distance to the lake. Heavenly Ski Resort's Gondola and lifts are  3 minutes by car and 3 minutes to all 5 major casinos.

Where is the home located, exactly?
We are located in South Lake Tahoe on the Nevada side. The exact area is called Marla Bay -- directions will be faxed to you upon receipt of payment.

What makes this house special?
In addition to the spectacular views, and private beach, our home also offers a spacious master bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet. Each bedroom has its own TV and VCR.

What are the sleeping arrangements in the home?
The home comfortably sleeps 10 -- there are three queens, two twins and one very comfortable futon.

Do you provide linens and towels?
Yes, we provide the linens, towels. The house also included a laundry room with a full size Washer & Dryer for your convenience.

How large is the home?
Approximately 3,000 sq. ft., 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths -- With Gorgeous Lake & Mountain Views from every room.

Can we bring our pet?
Sorry, please leave your pets at home. This is an allergy free home. Other wise you will jeopardize your security deposit!

Is the home kid friendly?
Yes! We have a Big Screen TV, Videos, PlayStation2, DVD's, Ping-Pong Table, Foosball Table, Indoor Basketball, and Board Games to entertain kids of all ages.

Can we check-in early or check-out late?
Not without prior arrangements. We need time thoroughly clean the home and linens for our next guests. If we have availability we will make every effort to accommodate your requests, otherwise check-in is after 3pm, check-out is before 10am.

Is there indoor parking?
Yes, the garage will accommodate 3 cars, Vans need to park in the driveway.

Check your dates by using the "availability" calendar and Email us your request. Your $500 reservation deposit will hold your dates. Rent is due 60 days prior to your stay.
