Midweek Specials:
Spring & fall midweek specials apply with $50
off the rate. Your rental can include a Sunday night.
Last Minute Specials:
Last Minute: 2 nights minimum, $300 per night booking
within 7 days of stay.
Rental Terms:
Check-in is 3:00pm, Checkout is 10am sharp, no exceptions.
Your $500 reservation deposit will guarantee your dates, your balance is
due 60 days prior to your stay. A security deposit of $500 is required to cover
any damage to the property, other than
normal wear and tear, including missing items, extraordinary cleaning,
and long distance phone calls are the responsibility of the tenant. This
amount will be refunded within 14 days of departure less any damage. All rents are non-refundable once paid.
Payment:
A $500 nonrefundable reservation deposit and your signed
Reservation/Agreement is required within 7 days of confirmation.
Full payment (less Reservation Deposit) of your total
rent, $500 security deposit, 10% Douglas County Room Tax, and $175 cleaning
fee are due 60 days prior to arrival. Directions will be faxed to you upon
receipt of full payment.
