Rental Terms:
Check-in is 3:00 PM, Check-out is 11:00 AM.
Your $500 non refundable reservation deposit will guarantee your dates. Full payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival. A security deposit of $250 is required to cover
any damage to the property, other than
normal wear and tear, including missing items and extraordinary cleaning. Long distance phone calls are the responsibility of the tenant. The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure less any damage or long distance phone charges.
Payment:
A $500 nonrefundable reservation deposit and your signed
Reservation/Rental Agreement is required within 7 days of confirmation.
Full payment (less Reservation Deposit) of your total
rent, $250 security deposit, $150 cleaning fee and 10% Douglas County Room Tax are due 60 days prior to arrival. Directions and key information will be sent to you upon
receipt of full payment.
